Delivery Estimates
To lessen any environmental impact, we use the Royal Mail's 2 day tracked postal service for deliveries as they are already visiting most UK properties and it does not create an additional journey. As soon as we send your delicious tea, the Royal Mail will email your tracking information direct to you.
We cannot always guarantee that the Royal Mail will deliver your package on an exact date, but 9 times out of 10 they do.
Deliveries to the Rest of the World
Sadly, we are no longer able to deliver outside the UK.
Taste Guarantee
To remove any risk in trying our tea subscription, you have a unique Taste Guarantee. Very simply, if you do not enjoy your tea, we will replace it no matter where you are.
It's also worth mentioning that if, for some reason, your tea package arrives damaged, please let us know. We will replace it immediately as we want you to experience your luxury teas as soon as possible.
